Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the development and delivery of instructional services on assigned projects.
Managing and directing the project team to ensure all technical, schedule, and delivery requirements are met.
Working closely with Program Manager to provide detailed project data for formal cost, schedule and performance tracking and reporting.
Being responsible for the performance of employees working contract tasks.
Ensuring the appropriate resources are provided and available for project execution IAW contract requirements.
Interfacing with the customer project lead to ensure products and services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.
Coordinate contract requirements and reports with appropriate stakeholders including Kratos senior management.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid US passport with at least two-years until expiration is mandatory.
BA/BS degree in business management, education or equivalent.
Former US Navy, Marine, Army, Air Force, or Coast Guard Senior Enlisted or Officer.
A minimum of 10-15 years of specialized experience in managing training projects preferably for military related requirements.
Experience with management techniques, especially with Academic Instruction in a formal classroom setting
Experience managing multi-disciplinary training teams for the development of complex instructional tasks
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction to large teams in the required tasks.
Proven expertise in the management and control of project resources.

Overview

Salary: $90,000 to $95,000
Responsible for all aspects of execution of assigned program(s) including organizational, financial, management, performance, spending, and successful completion. Manages and directs, all phases of a program or project from inception to completion. May also oversee activities of one or more product groups or divisions, and be a Supervisor of specified employees.
Participates in proposal or statement of work preparation and establishes and monitors master plans and schedules.
Maintains contact with customer regarding program cost, schedule and administrative requirements.
Works with Project Managers and Resource Sponsors to plan and manage workload.
