Mr. Daniel J. Kostecka
will speak on China's Maritime Strategy
Mr. Kostecka is a research fellow at the National Defense Intelligence College and a senior Navy analyst. He was a China analyst in DIA and has served in the Government Accountability Office. With ten years' active Air Force duty, he now is a major in the Air Force Reserve. He recently completed a four-month tour at HQ US Central Command. Mr. Kostecka has a BS in mathematics from Ohio State University, a MA in military and diplomatic history from Harvard University, a MA in national security policy from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky, and a MSSI from the National Defense Intelligence College.

From I-66: Take I-495 north toward Maryland and then Route 123 toward McLean. Turn right on Old dominion Drive. Pulcinella will be in the second block on your left.
From GW Parkway: Take the 123 exit toward McLean and turn left on Old Dominion Drive. Pulcinella will be in the second block on your left.
Parking: Pulcinella has a large parking lot. You can park also in the Staybridge Hotel lot, diagonally across the street in the southwest corner of Old Dominion Drive and Beverly Road.
